Large master bedroom includes washer/dryer. The Wood River bike path, and Nordic ski trail in winter, is also walking distance from the property. The Wood River Trail System is a 30+ mile network of paved trails that connect all the communities of the Wood River Valley – Bellevue, Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Elkhorn. ** This home does not have AC. Most homes in the valley do not have AC due to cool nights most of the time. There are two portable stand up fans and a ceiling fan in the BR. If you require AC, this may not be the home for you.
